OK you go in the bathroom in the park you see that the Seward drain is open. you go in it you find water you take the red wheel you click on it than the water drains than you go to the red wheel by you and click on that it adds a litle bit of water and it takes you to another red wheel you click on it it adds a little more water that you go in a door. than you find the rat man than you pass all the rats with out getting hit by one and you click on the red wheel . it will dump this sludg on him that will make the flies go after you Dodge them and then when you get to rat man you jump on him and knock him out. so then you hand cuff him with the special handcuffs and that is how you beat the rat man.

Buy bigger ships as you can afford them, but none can beat the Captain. When you have earned 500,000 doubloons, get a loan for another 500,000 from the Golden Harbor bank and buy the Phoenix Warbird, the only ship that can win against him. You need to hire the Shipwright (Dragon Cove) and Cannoneer (Pirate Outpost). Once you have all 5 map pieces, the new island appears. Sail near it to attract his attention. After you defeat him, he runs away. Go back to the governor to get the location of the treasure.
Super Villain island
You are just beating his dream, because his copies are all sleeping on the job. Go there first to get the Turpentine and Stopwatch from the chests. Once you have beaten the Black Widow, you will have the Shrinking Potion to enter his ship in a bottle. Lock up the two rolling cannons on the mast by clicking their boxes, then wait for the third pirate to move before you fire the cannon in the small boat, to break the bottle.
