They also should have maintained 5 yrs of continuous residence in the US and should be a person of good moral character. After ensuring that all the eligibility criteria are satisfied, the applicants should file in Form N-400 to get naturalized as a US citizen. The applicants who are applying to become US citizens should clear the US citizenship test and interview.
