To become an EPF agent go to everyday phone faculating (EPF). Click on the phone. Hit the target. Then walk to the green square. Run to the red square. After that DO NOT GO TO THE BLUE SQUARE. Then when it stars to count down from 20 through a snowball at the camera. After that go to the bottom right pillar. After that you an EPF agent.

First, go to the Ski Village. Then go inside of the Phoning Facility, and if you're not already an EPF agent, or if you are, either way you can still take or retake the test. When you're inside the Phoning Facility, a screen shaped like a flat screen television will appear on the wall, and it will ask you if you'd like to take the test. Click "Yes" to take the test for becoming part of the EPF.
