Tips on PopularityThese are some tips that you need and a few comments on the subject. They generally apply to both boys and girls, but some obviously are for girls and some are for boys.

• Get some good clothes.
• Be nice to everyone.
• Start a conversation with someone you barely know, and get to know them. They will usually like you in a friend way if you were nice to them, and may have similar interests.
• Wear a little bit of makeup, that includes mascara, foundation, and a clear shade of lip gloss. NEVER wear a foundation that is too dark for you, and don't put on lipstick.
• Shower daily, brush your teeth once every morning and at night. Use deodorant and perfume, but good stuff! No one wants to come near you if your breath, or YOU smell bad!

• You have to be outgoing, and social! Don't be shy
• Brush your hair
• Always wear clean clothes, and remember to change your undies and socks every day. And wash your face every day! Then put some moisturizer on.

• Do something with your nails. Keep them clean and tidy. Don't go all out with dark or bright colors. Usually a clear shade and clean nails will do the trick.
• Go to parties, go to the mall, BE SOCIAL!
• Get a boyfriend! Simply flirt with some of the guys, and never EVER steal one, or go out with a friend's boyfriend
• Dress to impress, wear make up, and just be nice and talkative. But PLEASE don't put on too much makeup. You'll look like a drag queen. And boys, PLEASE don't wear makeup no matter how much that mascara brings out your eyes.

• If you want to be popular respect you have to able to respect yourself and others. If you see someone being bullied help them and tell the bullies to leave them alone, although it is probably a bad idea to confront the group of them when they are together. Instead tell an adult or person of higher authority. Be nice to everybody too. And here is another tip, try not to wear the same outfit all the time instead change the top or the pants, you know mix and match.
• Try hard, be sincere, be kind, and seek out people like yourself, because having real friends is so much better than being lonely.

• Confidence is the key, if you confident and always happy and kind you will get loads of friends, also do all the stuff it says below And you can't go wrong.

• Definitions of popular vary. I have a lot of friends all of whom I know I can trust and who I actually like. I'm not the most amount of friends in my year though. Does that make me unpopular? No. People who are considered 'popular' in your school aren't people you want to hang around with. These are the people who think that if you don't have an orange face then you're not a good enough person. If you actually do something with your life or you get a good mark in school you're not cool. Don't worry about your popularity status. Forget about all the people who make fun of others and stick with your friends.

• Being popular doesn't always mean you have to be mean. It means you're popular because people like who you are.

• Look attractive. You want to have nice clothes on not expensive (well sometimes), but you want to look your best. Wear some shorts or pants and a nice t-shirt. Be comfortable though. Don't wear sport clothes on and like a raggy t-shirt wear something that will get you compliments.

• Hair- Okay people it is so gross to NOT wash your hair everyday or every other day. If everything else on your body looks nice that doesn't matter as long as your HAIR looks good. Shampoo, condition and brush! Please please please if you want to look good and be popular please wash your hair.

• Attitude- BE NICE! Just because someone isn't at your level of popularity be nice. When you are mean you definitely get noticed, but not in a good way. Be nice to everyone, even if you don't like them you don't have to be mean just ignore them.

• Manners- it is really good to have manners. Don't burp, toot, or be gross. Leave that up to the boys ladies.

• Boys- Okay I know you have been waiting along time for this so here it goes. A tip for getting a guy and a cool boyfriend and being popular. BE YOURSELF. Yup that's it be yourself. Don't try to be someone else that you aren't because if a guy wants to be in a relationship with you he won't like it if you try to be someone that you aren't Have a least three things in common with him.

• Friend- Find someone who has a lot in common with you. Don't be friends with someone if they are using you to get something. Find someone you trust, doesn't lie, and doesn't talk behind your back. But make sure to be pretty much yourself!

• You can't be popular just like that. These answers are just about looks. Popularity isn't about clothes and how beautiful you are, it's about where you fit in. You can be friends with anyone you want to. It's all your choice.

• Being popular isn't important in life. What is important is for you to never change yourself. Never put on makeup or act different or act cool. Always try to act the way you want.
