1. Open radiator cap and place catch pan under the truck to catch runoff.
2. Fill with coolant 3/4 or the way up (50/50 or mix your own)
3. Turn heater to high heat with defrost on (slide both levers to the right)
4. Start the truck leave in park and apply parking brake (or neutral with parking break on with m/t and block a wheel)
5. Get to the front and fill radiator when the level drops. As the thermostat opens it will draw coolant from the radiator and send it through the engine. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET IT ON YOUR SELF. It might not be be hot, but it can irritate skin.
6. Keep filling until the coolant stabilizes and check from time to time for heat to be blowing out the heater.
7. When heater is blowing hot and bubbles stop coming to the top of radiator (could take 30mins) top off the overflow tank and cap the radiator. Continue to let it run while keeping an eye on the temp gauge. Once the system cycles a couple times without the temp gauge bouncing around it you are almost done.
8. Clean up time, dilute any spills with a garden hose or use speedy dry (cat litter) and dispose properly.
Remember antifreeze is extremely poisonous. Always dispose properly and according to law.
