You need a partner first thing to do is get a 3/8 wrench and a piece of 3/8 hose and something to catch the brake fluid, put the tube on the bleeder valve (the bleeder valve is on the back of the wheel hub) it's easier to do by removing the tires. Now have your partner pump the brake petal until it is at the top, then hold it until you turn the valve releasing the air and some brake fluid, repeat that until no air just fluid, next check the master cylinder and fill it back up, then do the same thing on the other side, remember that there are two systems the front and the rear, if you have not changed the brakes on one of the axles you do not need to bleed those wheels, just to front or the rear they are only connected by the master cylinder fluid level.

1997 Buick Regal that has no rear brakes. Getting no fluid from either line right from master cylinder. Is that ABS Module bad. OR is there any way I can get all brakes fluid without that ABS working?
You should have brakes at all four wheels without the abs working but the abs won't function of course. If you can't get fluid out of the master cylinder I would suspect the master is bad or air bound. If you replace the master be sure to bench bleed it properly before you install or you may end up with the same situation.
