Luid You can open the cap on the fluid container when you compress the calipers back it will force the fluid back and then you bleed them to remove any air in the lines.

The same procedure as bleeding any other vehicle unless you have taken the ABS/Traction Control Module off and apart. In which case you would need special expensive equipment to bleed the module of air.
The same as any other vehicle. Start at the right rear, then left rear, then right front, and end up at the left front.
