on the top of the g/box you'll find a grey part at the end of the clutch pipe. on this grey section you'll find two spring clips, remove the clip closest to the engine, also remove the black bleed nipple cover, add a length of pipe to the nipple ,put other end of added pipe into a container with a small amount of brake/clutch fluid (ensure the pipe stays below the surface of fluid). now GENTLY pump the clutch pedal until bled (ensure you keep an eye on your fluid reservoir level). once bled replace removed clip, give the clutch pipe a gentle push into the grey part( it should click into place) then refit the bleed nipple cover .........done!

Oil contamination of the clutch drive plate from a leaking crankshaft oil seal is the most probable answer to this, however, thrust bearing or deformation of the drive plate or clutch cover are also possible. Likely to be a costly repair, this.

If its more like a judder, clutch, could be oil or damaged plate.
Block the wheels, place a transmission jack under the transmission and secure the transmission to the jack, unbolt the flywheel, drop the transmission, remove the pressure plate and clutch plate, replace the pressure plate, attach the clutch plate and ensure you torque the bolts to manufacturer's specifications (this is especially important), remove your alignment tool, replace the transmission, reinstall the driveshaft.

If you have bleed the system and If it will not go into gear with the engine running, the clutch pressure plate may have failed.
at the slave cylinder, you will need to remove the clutch inspection plate to do so.
