Hold your finger on the app for a few seconds. All the apps should start shaking and those downloaded will have a small red X on the corner where you can delete them. When this happens grab one of your apps you want to group and drag it above another app. It will then create a box with both apps, at that point you can also name that new group. To add more apps into a group just drag them over the group box. When you done just push the home button to finalize.
