You build a bigger chest by doing heavy compound upper body exercies like Bench Press, dumbbell bench presses, and/or weighted dips.
Start off for 2 weeks doing 4-to-5 sets of 5-to-8 reps once a week and then...
Move on to doing 6-to-8 sets of 3-to-5 reps followed by 1-to-2 sets of 8-to-12 reps with lighter weights
