Well, there are a number of ways. But, the most important thing in trying to build your muscles is to eat healthy foods such as spinach, chicken, or peanut butter. (Believe me, there are many more healthy foods where they came from.) You can also work out, as with lifting weights, which will build up your muscle strength. (Eating healthy will do that and improve your muscles AND improve your strength.)

You can also (unfortunately for girls, this isn't as much as boys) improve your strength simply by maturing. For boys your strength improves naturally. For girls, not as much.
