you cant its copyright protected I think this person is on about disk space and stuff. I've had that you're not alone. It should say something about it at the begining of the sims 2 university manual You can burn it by using a program called Alchohol 120%. it worked for me
I don't know why you want to burn your sims but here's how...
First of all, there are many ways of burning your sims.
1. Build a room including a door (windows are not needed) then go into play mode and get your sim to walk into the room (you don't need a roof) go into build mode and take away the door, if your sim is bad at cooking or has a low and I mean really low skill of it, buy a stove and get them to cook something (you might need a fridge, I suggest a cheap one then your not wasting that much money) if it starts a fire which is a 45/100 chance, you've burnt your sim.
2. Do the same as number one but buy a fireplace instead or a Christmas tree, leave on all night and it will start a fire.
3. You might not want to know this seeing it's irrelevant to sims 2 but, in sims 1 you could always burn them with a firework, I think sims 2 has one, not too sure...
4. I think lightning does it aswell
EA games where very deliberate about not allowing "burned" CD's to play the SIM 2 or SIM 3. As for SIM 1 you could play it with a burned CD though limited in some non essential areas. Piracy is big and due to the popularity of the "SIMS" phenomena the files within read larger than the actual disk.
NO CD patches. The "NO CD patches" works but you have to know the version your running which is why EA updates constantly changing the version. The patch again remains certain features from game play.
So what is the trick...
Sims 2 (you will need to buy the original game) and you will need to buy the last expansion pack in the list (Free Time) the others can be burned and installed but not ran. The Free Time CD will play the game and doesn't know the other files are from a "burned cd".
Sims 3 is the same principal as Sims 2 you will need to buy the original game and the last expansion in the list then play away.
The original game sells for about $30-50 depending where you shop and expansion packs range from $10-30 again depending where you shop. You can check with pawnshops for previously enjoyed versions, your local online classifieds (Canada Kijiji is always good) ....
you do not legally download the Sims 2 for PS2
Yes, you can burn it as mp3's onto a CD or make a audio CD to listen to music on the PlayStation.

No, you can copy them on to your hard drive and then burn them to another disk.
The Sims 2 double deluxe is something called a "no CD key"(whatever that is), if that helps at all
No Sims 2 is a CD and Sims 2 castaway has another and even if you have it on your memory card
You can use the Sims 2 Double Deluxe game CD.
