You must run speaker wires directly to speakers from the head unit, tedious but hey what are you gonna do? No need to bypass hook "amp turn on" blue and white wire to ignition or power wire, worked for me. NO You don,t need to run new wires, you have to trace them down,,, not that diffulcult , Take out the amp, and connect the input and out put wires, don,t hook-up the red with white stripe, this is the 12 volt power to the amp. I have a very simple diagram for this,.
amp by pass harness
On a 1991 Nissan Pathfinder, the factory amp should be located behind the right-rear speaker. It may also be located in the quarter panel area, behind the plastic cargo detachment.
The alarm system on a 94 Pathfinder should not be able to arm itself it is disconnected. You should verify that all wires are disconnected and remove the fuse to alarm system.
the monsoon amp is located by the spare tire
As far as we know, everything that we have read it does...We have had other people tell us also. my 95 was manufactured in 94 and hav two built in clarion amps. * My '93 Pathfinder has two clarion amps (the front amp was in the rear over the right wheel well, and the rear amp was in the front behind the radio, go figure). If I remember the wiring diagram correctly, however, it depended on which package was installed. There was a standard package that had no amps. That is similar to the situation on my '96... I have one amp, but again there is an option (according to the wiring diagram) that has no amps.
i have no idea what your talking about but... suck on my left butt cheek!
just to the right of the steering wheel below the little cubby!
Just look under the vehicle and count them.
it should be number four, a fifteen amp fuse
not sure........nissan part # 08918-2081A
low pass is for subs only it tells the amp to play low frequency only dont run subs on high pass or off
which fuse feeds the rear wiper for the pathfinder 1999 LE
