No such particle exists.
All particles with charge also have mass -- no exceptions.
Every particle with zero mass also has zero charge -- no exceptions.
Neutron: Mass: 1,00866491600(43) amu. Charge: neutral Electron: Mass: 5,4857990946(22)×10−4 amu. Charge: negative Proton: Mass: 1,007276466812(90) amu. Charge: positive
If it has a positive charge it is a Cation. If it has a negative charge it is an Anion.
Electricity can flow due to the movement of ANY charged particle. A current in metals is due to the movement of electrons, and this is the most common case for a current. However, a current can also be carried by holes, by positive or negative ions, etc.
A negatively charged particle is called an electron. Positively chared are call protons. Neutron is neutrally charged. Electrons. protons. and neutrons are part of the atom.

Conventional current is defined as the flow of charge from positive to negative. The terms "positive" and "negative" were first applied to charge by Benjamin Franklin; he chose to call the charge left on a rubbed glass rod as "positive". The conventional terminology was well established by the development of batteries and the need to distinguish their terminals. It was more than a century later that the electron was identified as the subatomic particle which carried electric charge. Unfortunately, it turned out to be negative.
Protons are particles with a positive electric charge. As of now, science has concluded that there is no proton opposite (or, as we call them, 'antimatter particle') residing in the nucleus. However, some theoretical physicists theorize that the antimatter particle for a proton could be a subatomic particle called a 'negatron'. A neutron, incidentally, is neutral, and has no overall charge, and is not the opposite of a proton, contrary to assumed mass belief.
If it has a positive charge it is a Cation. If it has a negative charge it is an Anion.
The electron moves in a cloud around the nucleus of the particle. Most atoms have several electrons occupying different energy levels and moving in differently shaped orbitals. The electron has a negative charge.
A negative ion, aka an anion, has a negative charge because it acquired electrons from another now-ion that is positive. An atom because an ion to fill its valence electron shell to the most it can (eight).
In this context, we call an electron a beta particle.
ion
This would be called a CATION.
