Just breathe very deep while it's getting done and think of happy things that will make u feel better! Relax because it will help a lott. :) Look away when it is getting done and start a conversation with anyone around to take ur mind off it. Trust me, it only hurts for about 3-5 seconds. It was nothing to worry about. The machine makes a lot of noise but you have headphones to listen to music - which was hard to hear because of the noise.
There is no pain involved, I lay on my back, closed my eyes and would have probably gone to sleep except for the noise.
So don't be worried.
