when your child is at the doctors getting the shot.. you should tell your child that it's only going to be a couple seconds and when your child is finished.. reward him/her for doing a good job (wether it took 5 minutes or 5 seconds), him/her got the shot. also hold your child's hand and make sure wherever your child is getting the shot is nice and relaxed.. hope this helps.
