Teenagers like us can stay healthy by exercising. We can get ourselves engaged in an activity that involves movement. One good example is running or jogging. We can also go out with friends for a friendly match of Badminton, or even Bowling. Lastly, we have to have a balanced diet everyday for us to stay healthy.
stay clean (shower, wash your hands and your hair...)

run about 1 mile
and last have a good night of sleep ( 7-10 hours)

You need a certain amount of salt and sugar everyday to stay healthy
There are many very bad things that could happen if you don't stay healthy. If you don't stay healthy you could die early.
