Your best bet is Lexol exotic leather conditioner, I believe this one is in the orange spray bottle but I could be remembering incorrectly. Other products are Bick 4, and Justin exotic leather care. One of the main things that causes damage to scaled leathers is central heat & air. You see if you do not wear them much and just leave them sitting in room the heating system will dry them out, so you need to condition them from time to time. Also, after wearing them wipe them off with a damp cloth before putting them up. You should be able to obtain the products above at any western store or boot repair shop, even Tractor Supply Company in my area sells Lexol. - (copied from another source)
They skin the snakes.
Do you have something leather? If so, that is cow. Snake skin is often used in shoes, handbags, and wallets. A pair of snake skin boots are expensive.
If you're talking about just the shed skin from a snake - you can't do much with it, as it disintegrates over time. The complete skin (including the underlying tissue) can be turned into things like belts and shoes.
No snake skin purses are not made from the shedding of a snake simply because it is to weak snake skin purses are made from the actual skin of the snake wether they kill the snake to get the skin or if they just go out and find a dead snake and take the skin off but anyways snake skin purses are make from the skin
