When it hatches a baby entei will come out. Raise it to level forty and it will evolve into entei. In Pokemon Heart Gold Soul Silver go to the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City and in the hole is Suicune Raiku and Entei. Go down to the base ment and they will run away. Go down by a ladder. Raiku and Entei will appear on your map at a location where you can catch them. Suicune will first go to Cianwood city and then to a place just out side mt mortar.
first you have to go to a cave in one of the cities.it looks like a building.then you have to walk around and you see 3 Pokemon.then you have to look around the place and have a wild encounter.it could be a suicune,raikou or the Pokemon you been looking for an entei.i suggest you use your pokedex to track entei down and use one of the radio station songs because one of them helps you get wild encounters fast
