You have to get a scyther . Next, level your scyther up to level 20. Next teach it falseswipe(the tm). then meet the three birds(after talking to prof. oak on the bottom of eterna city, last house)put scyther in front of your party. After scyther comes out use falseswipe. moltres will be left with exactly 1HP. It will run. Find that bird again and use an ultra ball. Repeat the consept on all three birds.
