Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos all will continue to flee when you meet them, I'd consider using quick balls

If you're playing Platinum, then yes, Zapdos will flee, but in other Pokemon games, no. Zapdos is generally a stationary legendary Pokemon, so it won't flee after you attack and you can stay in battle as long as necessary.

For roaming Pokemon (such as Entei and Latias), if you defeat them you can go up to the person who first told you of them (Steven for Latias) in the location youfirst talked to them and they'll reappear. After releasing MEW and MEWTWO at Spear Pillar, they will now be roaming all of Sinnoh, it makes ense that MEW roams because it can fly. It makes no sense that MEWTWO would be at the top of Mt. Coronet because he was made by scientists, now MEW will be at Lv.35 (BEWARE:They will try and flee from battle so bring a Pokemon with super speed and usemean look or block. MEWTWO will be at Lv.75. if you mean vanish as in flee like mesprit, cresselia, moltres zapdos and articuno, its because they are supposed to do that and they do that in platinum and diamond too. you can only get moltres zapdos and articuno in platinum. to stop them from fleeing, you should have masterballs or a TRAPINCH in your first slot but you cant switch out because it knows sand trap or whatever its called to stop Pokemon from fleeing or have a haunter or any ghost Pokemon that knows mean look or a sudowoodo that knows block and USE those moves IMMEDIATELY when you see them. hope i helped! :)

By the way, zapdos moltres and Articuno flee. So you are going to have to find a Pokemon like Golbat or Gastly. They learn mean look so that the Pokemon can't run away. MAKE SURE THERE ABOUT LEVEL 50 SOO THEY CAN KEEP UP WITH THEM!!!

This would seem hard because when you find them they fled right away. All you have to do is get a golbat from stark mountain which knows mean look. Use it on them so they cant flee from the battle. Dont change Pokemon or the mean look effect does not work. Now just get it to a lower HP and use either timer/quick balls or ultra balls. (this is all I can help with)
