it is a cable clutch.
Mine is a cable clutch so there is no slave cylinder. But if yours is a hydraulic clutch then it should be located on the firewall on the driver side close to the master cylinder.

To replace the clutch cable on a 1989 Mitsubishi Triton from the foot pedal to the motor you need to secure the vehicle with blocks behind all of the tires. Next, you will need to life up the frame to give you enough room to get under the vehicle safely. Remove the clutch cable from the motor first and follow it up to the foot pedal. Remove the cable from the foot pedal area and then attach the new cable.
Open the hood, and take a look at your firewall. If it has a clutch master cylinder its a hydrolic. If you only see your brake booster and thats it, chances are its a cable clutch. But as a basic rule, if you have a master and slave cylinder it is hydrolic.

The 1986 Honda Prelude does not have a clutch cable. The 1986 Prelude has a hydraulic clutch instead of the clutch cable.

Well cable could be froze up. Replace the clutch cable. If cable is working adjust cable. If the clutch cable is adjusted then it's time for a new clutch
