Personally I like the Hybrid lenses, but it's all a matter of personal preference. A note on the colors: iridium lenses scratch REALLY easily, so be careful with them.

NO! The shape of the lenses are slightly different and are designed to fit with a specific frame. This is also why the standard half and flak jacket lenses do not fit the Asian fit models which have slightly modified frames.

I just pulled up on the top of the frame then pushed out gently. To reinsert, I put the top of the lenses in the side closest to the nose piece. then I pulled up on the top of the frame and popped the new lenses in place. Wear latex gloves it will make clean up easier.

You need a T6 screw driver to remove the screw, once you do this it's simply just taking out and putting in the new lenses. Just be careful not to loose the rubber gasket that goes between the frame where you took the screw out.
The only difference is that xlj lenses have a concave lower edge to them, standard lenses are convex. Basically xlj gives you more 'cheek clearance'.. Both will fit fine in any half jacket frame. Answering these questions is fun

into an M-frame? pull the center of the original lens out of the frame from the center, around where the nose piece is. it should come out straight away. to fit a new one in, work the new lens in from the sides of the frame, left and right, once they are in, pop the center of the lens into the frame. et voila.
