If it's a serpentine belt, all you have to do is put a socket on the tensioner pulley, rotate it counterclockwise, and that should give you the slack you need to remove the belt. You do the same thing installing the new belt, and refer to the belt diagram when routing the belt.
You have to unscrew the motor mount srews.
pull the tencion pully all the way back and then place it on.

Floor jack under motor for suppor. Remove windshield fluid reservoir, passerger side motor mounts, plastic fasteners and shield inside right wheel well. You cant pull the motor mount out but you can snake the belt around it.

You will have to remove the motor mount which the fan belt runs through. The motor will have to be supported underneath with a big block of wood and a jack. A serpentine belt tool (rent for free from Canadian tire) will be needed to get the belt on.
loosen the motor mount on the right side lift the motor a little to get the belt thru drop it back down tighten it up and thread the belt on the pulleys via diagram
