remove fan and shroud, take off upper and lower radiator hoses. remove 4 bolts holding guard to radiator. pull on shroud and fan at the same time. pull out 4 bolts holding radiator to frame of truck, lean radiator toward the engine and undo the 2 lines going into that small box on ur left and pull the 4 bolts holding it to the radiator and it should b out
