The throttle body base gasket would be located between the throttle body and the intake manifold.
it is possible that the lower intake gasket is failed. That allows oil to be pulled directly into the intake manifold and burned.
It's most likely a bad intake gasket. If the bottom of the gasket lets go it will literally suck oil from the lifter valley into the intake runner.
If it was removed then YES.

There are 2 of them, Thay are under the intake manifold. You will have to remove the intake to get to them.
Its probably around $500 mostly because of the amount of labor that it takes to replace it. However if you just order the gasket from the auto parts store and replace it yourself it'll only cost you $20.
