The valve is in the oil filler tube. Remove the air hose from the air box to the intake. Take off the breather hose and the air box. Now you should be able to remove the PCV valve hose and the valve itself.
On the 4.7l v8 it is in the rear of the oil filler housing.
The pcv valve is the elbow piece in the rear of the oil filler, just below and behind the oil fill cap.
