Remove The Tire. After Putting Car On Very Good Jack Stands. ( safety first ) Get a line wrench that fits the steel brake line connecting the rubber hose at top. Remove Hose From Caliper. Then Thee Steel Line. Next remove the clip holding the hose from the caliper. reverse when installing new hose. Bleed Brakes, That's It. The Clamp That Holds The Hose To The Car Is A Little Tricky To Remove And Install. Also Be Sure To Install The TWO (2) Copper Washers That Come With The New Hose.
Hello, I have had a similar problem with a car in the past. In the Brake Line going to that wheel you will find there is a high pressure Rubber hose in that line. Its likely that the inner lining of that hose has failed, and causes a blockage. Also, did you change the brake Cylinders that operate the wheel brake, in the wheel, when the brakes were fixed ?
