look at your belt and pulleys, you will see a wheel below the Power Steering pump, it is the tensioner, use a 14 mm socket, put it on the bolt head as if you were going to tighten the bolt, that releases the tension on the belt so you can remove it. Make sure you pay attention to how it goes, I took pics with my phone just in case but did'nt need it, it's pretty easy.

First make a Diagram of how the belt goes around the Pulleys. Get a 14mm socket and or wrench ( I used a breaker Bar) Find the Tension Pulley, on my 1999 tracker it was silver and faceing the engine on my left next to the Fan Belt pulley. Turn the nut toward tighten ( clockwise) and it will move down taking tension off the pulley. Then work the old belt off an up around the fan blade to remove. Put new belt back on the way you took the old belt off.
