change a headlight on a 1997 plymoth voyager
ou have to remove the headlight assembly by removing the two screws on top and pull out the assembly. The screws will be long. After you remove the headlight assembly there is two sets of wires one for your turn signal and one for your headlight grab a hold of the headlight up close to the assembly and turn it. when you have turned it enough it should be able to come out then you put the new bulb in and reinstall everything.

Just replaced both right and left headlight assemblies on my 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE today! An abundantly easy task that merely requires the removal of 1 (one) 10mm screw which affixes the headlight assembly to the horizontal grill brace and 3 (10mm) nuts which stabilize the assembly to the headlight/radiator stabilizing panel. No need to consult any manual, the replacement job is so straightforward that even a 12 year old can do it in a mere 10 minutes each side. Suggest you purchase aftermarket units (~45.00/side) from internet source rather than pay exorbitant and outrageous prices for OEM units.
Did you ever find out how to change the headlight assembly? If so, please let me know how to do it :)
Remove the plastic casing that raps around the steering column just behind the steering wheel. 3 Phillips screws i believe. Then 2 screws on the drivers side of the steering column pulls off the switch. Pretty easy actually.
