OK, answered my own question. On the 2005 Honda Odyssey changing the headlights (low beam) is fairly simple but upon first attempt may seem difficult.

You will need to take the complete headlight assembly loose or out to get to the bulb to change it.
To change headlight bulbs in a 2005 Ford Escape, first make sure the light switch is in off position and replace the passenger light bulb. Next, get to the driver's side bulb, remove the battery by holding it down, to be able to change the headlight bulb.

I have a 2005 1500 and you have to pull the whole assembly out. There is a bolt that is really hard to get to on the bottom!

I've searched the web... for 2005 Honda Odyssey, it should be changed every 30,000 miles. This can be done easily it as transmission drain plug. Also, note, that there is no serviceable transmission filter; therefore not need to change. Hope this helps.
