pry off cover with tool, unbolt nut use a steering wheel puller,no other way can buy at auto supply house .once steering wheel is off,push down on locking lever pull out cylinder and replace with a standard 12 volt ignition switch..u must have patience.

I don't know how to change the ignition switch but I have some advice. Don't screw with the ignition switch, buy the whole steering column. It will be cheaper and easier to change.
