You need to first remove the power lead to the light cluster so that it gives you better hand access.Then twist the butterfly cap behind the indicator bulb until it clicks.This contains the bulb.Replace bulb,then replace butterfly cap and power lead.You may have to thread your left arm around the jack housing to get your hand in behind the light cluster as its a bit tight in there.

You have a turn signal light-bulb out .
if is xsara picasso then: from inside move carpet on the left side, there you see two metal parts which need to be squeeze and all rear light come off. Then you take off plastic where are all bulbs in, brake, direction and reverse bulb
You need to change the bulb for your left-turn signal. I had the same problem. When you check your left-turn signal, you may see the light flashing. However, look closely and you will notice that there are two filaments in the bulb and only one of them has burned out.
under the fuse box inside to the right of the driver. Black on on the left. the right one is the hazard lights relay.
if this is the one on the bumper, you can access it from the bottom of the bumper. turn it as if you are loosening it. it should come out. if this is the one inside the cluster panel, remove the cluster and see which bulb it is. you should find this bulb at a parts store or a Toyota dealership.
As with all vehicle a bulb has failed
that's easy, it's the indicator. if you look carefully there is is another one on the left hand side.
gently insert a small flat head screwdriver on the left side of the bulb plate a push to the left.... the entire should bulb frame will shift to the left and then you can pull the frame out to replace the bulb....
remove the wheel and splash guard then you can see the horrible thing twist the bulb holder about 30 degrees and there he is the bulb i wouldsuggest a led bulb replacementlonger life and all
