If you have the stock radio, check your owners manual first to be sure you don't have a special code you enter on the radio. Then unhook the battery terminals. Otherwise, you could set off your airbags. Using a flat blade screw driver, (You may have to put the car in neutral to be able to work on it) carefully pry the radio covering off. There should be 4 metric screws holding the radio in place. Take them out. Pull radio gently and far enough out so that you can take the antenna cable and unplug the wiring harness. You'll need to purchase a new wiring harness that is made specifically for your make, year and model of your car and solder it to your new stereo be sure after soldering you use electrical tape and wrap each set of wires you soldered. Otherwise, thay will touch and boom. Then plug in antenna. reverse steps.
