It's located below the fuel inj. rack. Difficult to see from above. You'll need to get under the car to see it better. You can allow follow the + cable from your battery and it will lead you to it. Remove the bottom shields and the air filter box for easier removal.
This is a BIG job and beyond the back yard mechanic's knowhow and special tool inventory. Take it to a garage.

It's ontop the starter and has been for years and it's called the starter solenoid. You send 12 volts to it when you crank the car.
It's on the passenger side of the vehicle, behind the battery, on the side wall. It's real easy to get to and change.

In the corolla seca, it is the one in the fuse box located in the engine. There are two, located near the fan. (I just had to change mine)
