Lift the tailgate and you will see two small black Philips screws on the inside of the black plastic lamp housing. Remove them and pull the assembly up and out. (There is a push in rubber plug on the bottom inside of the assembly so you may have to tug slightly) Once loose all bulbs sockets are removed by turning 1/4 turn CCW then pull. The lamps pull straight from the sockets. Hope this helps.
