Drain about a gallon of coolant. Follow top radiator hose to engine. Leave hose connected to housing. Have a extended magnet handy. Remove the 2 bolts holding the housing. Use magnet so you don't drop bolts. With a little twisting & angle the hose/housing you & will be able to get it out. On replacing the hose/housing, I placed the bolts in the housing & used a thin wire around the bolts under the housing & then around to the top part of bolts.(holds the bolts in place) after getting the bolts started, I just took pliers & pulled the wires out & finished tightening. I use premtex # 2 on both sides of gasket DON"T use #1 you will never get it off again!
