94 Dodge ram b250 van water pump removal...real simple. disconnect lower and upper radiator hoses...take lower off water pump put to side as with upper. unbolt fan shield..two piece. disconnect transmission line from radiator and lower hose and pull lower shield down and out. Take a screwdriver and wedge it in between two of the four bolts on the fan and use a wrench (1 inch) and take off the fan/clutch..lift out from top. remove four bolts holding pulley and remove pulley. Disconnect hose on top of water pump and hose on side of water pump. Remove drivebelt. Unbolt water pump. Check that the hose on top of water pump isn't damaged. Access to this hose requires removal of air compressor and bracket since hose sits under AC compressor. the compressor can just be moved aside and the bracket needs to come out.
