Are you touching the bulb with your oily fingers b/c once you do that, the bulb gets hot and pops on its own.
How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 1994 Toyota Camry?
1. Open the hood. Unplug the connector while depressing the lock release. if the connector is tight,wiggle it. 2.Turn the bulb and remove it.Install the new bulb and install the connector. To install a bulb, align the tabs of the bulb socket with the cutouts of the mounting hole. Aiming is not necessary after replacing the bulb.When aiming adjustment is necessary,contact your Toyata dealer I have a 93 camry. I don't think there was too much difference between the headlight-changing process of the 93 and the 94. There is hardly any ROOM to remove the headlight bulb housing. It is really tight in there. Is there any way to allow the entire headlight assembly to be loosened and shifted forward, allowing more room to change the headlight? Who had some ideas about this? Thank you. Mike B perstare@promail.com Yes,it is a little tight in there but it can be done without trying to move or loosen anything. If you do loosen anything,now you have a aiming problem. No need to aim if you just change the bulbs. I just changed all 4 of mine to zenon bulbs without any trouble,so take your time as it can be done .

How do you replace the headlight assembley on a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport?
A. You will need a flat-head screw driver. B. under the hood you will see that behind the headlight there's a housing type fixture. Turn counter-clock wise to remove this housing. The bulb is seated within this housing. You will notice that you can't simply pull the bulb out. There's a tab that houses the bulb within the outer housing which prevents you from doing so. Use your screw driver to hold this tab down while pulling the bulb housing out. If you have difficulty locating this tab, note that your replacement bulb also has this same tab on it.

Hi, I'm no pro mechanic but assuming that you have a vectra B, i have had to replace the headlight bulbs on mine and i believe that you require; 1x pair of H7 bulbs (Dipped beam) 1x pair of 501 bulbs (Sidelights) 1x pair of H1 bulbs (main beam) NB: Not all vectras take the H1 bulbs, mine does not anyway so i have 4x H7 bulbs, but of course i think this depends on the type of bulb holders your vectra has. undo all 3 11mm bolts on headlight case. . Unplug the 2 plugs on back of headlight. . ull feel a button "clip" that when pushed lets u disconnect the cables. . u can do this after wrigling out the headlight abit. . . Once the unit is out unscrew that big cap. . unclip headlight socket and take out headlight and DO NOT TOUCH!! unleas its broken and u dont want to keep it. . Insert new headlight into the socket and clip back in (make sure its clean though!!) Wriggle headlight unit back in place PATIENTLY. . no easy way of explaining of how to get the b***h back on really easily
