a better choice would be to go on google and search INTEENIMATER; download it!. this will allow your teenage sims to get engaged, marry, and woohoo/try for baby just like your adult sims. a word of info though, if your teen sims becomes pregnant, she will turn into an adult (your sim will also have a biological clock, that way you can choose for her to have a miscarriage, have an immediate delivery, etc. to access it, left click on your sim and go to INTEENIMATER and choose my biological clock). once she has the baby, however, she will turn back into a teenager and you will have a teenage mother hope i helped :)

This works for all sims games. go to the neighborhood, click ctrl+shift+c and type i nboolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true. Then go to the desired house. Shift click on any of the sims, it does not have to be the teenager, and choose spawn... sim modder. then, click on the tennager. when u spawned the modder, a baby should have popped up. U R NOT IN ANYWAY REPONSIBLE FOR THIS BABY. click on the baby and choose, make me into... an then choose adult. make her whoohoo, then while she has the bump turn her back into a teenager.

On PC, first you have to make a family of however many Sims you want, but they must be adults other wise it wont work. Then move them into a house. click shift, ctrl and c together a box should appear at the top of the screen, then type in: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then shift click on your Sim and then click "Sprawn..." and then "Sim modder" a baby should appear click on it and then click "Change age..." or something like that, then click "Make teenager..." and it will make your Sim a teenager, then click shift, ctrl and c at the same time again then type in: moveobjects on this will make you delete stuff that you couldn't before, delete your teenage Sim then shift click on the bin out side of your Sims house (as the other Sim in your house that is still an adult) and then click "reset age duration" and your teen Sim will come back, and will be able to do things that an adult can do. Repeat these steps with the other Sim/Sim's This cheat does work, I've used it before now I have to teenagers with babies! But don't make an adult and a teenager go out, when they kiss the teenager is kissing the adults chest, and the adult is kissing the air - I should know, I've made them do it! Happy Simming!!!

You can get a teenager pregnant in the sims 3!:D All you need to do is... < Make a female sim (young adult or Adult) < Then make them pregnant < Wait till she has the baby <Then Press CTRL SHIFT C and a blue box will appear at the top of your screen and type in the cheat Testingcheatsenabled true < After you have done that SHIFT and click on your sim, three different options will come up (trigger age transition, Modify Cheats for active sim and Edit in create a sim) < Click Edit in create a sim < It will take you to the thing when you first create a sim, Click on basics then move her back to a teenager.
