I do not have the Billet Clock, but I have a similar Clutch Lever Bracket Clamp Clock. It requires an Allen Wrench to get the clock off the bike. For the Clutch Clock it's just one allen screw in the back, but the Billet has two on either side of the face. The backing is tricky if you don't have the proper tool. The clutch clock is round so just using a cloth inside the jaws of some chanel locks allowed me to twist the back loose without scoring the metal. It took less than 30lbs of pressure to break torque on the clock back. Once the back is off there is a tiny battery held captive by the workings back frame. For the Clutch Clock a jeweler's 1.4mm common (flat) screwdriver was small enough to loosen the three tiny screws that hold the workings back frame in place. Only loosen them alittle so the battery can slip out from underneath the frame- the screws are tiny enough you wouldn't want to have one come all the way out or you're going to have fun getting it back in. The battery is SR626SW for the clutch clock. You'll also need a new O-ring for the clock backing.
