There are 2 different options on the belt set up depending on whether its a v6 or v8. Both are very similar, but the v8 has a separate belt for the ac. On all of them, there is a spring loaded automatic belt tensioner, that keeps the serpentine belt tight.
The belts size varies based on the size of the Alternator. A 105 Amp Alternator is 5 3/8" diameter case and a 130 Amp is a 5 3/4" case.
First remover the air intake tube. Then, in order to remove the belt you have to use either the correct size wrench or the end of a ratchet with the correct size square drive. Using which tool is correct, rotate the tensioner in the direction that will release tension. Then simply slip the serpentine belt off of one of the pulleys. Important that you first look at the routing of the belt, and note which direction it goes around each pulley, it is possible to install it in the wrong order.
The AC belt can be replaced if you take off the serpentine belt first. Then the front gravel plate. This belt too has a tensioner.

It doesn't have a timing belt.
Your 2000 Toyota Celica has a chain and not a belt. The chain requires no maintenance.
I had the same problem with my 2000 Silverado. After spraying, it made the squeaks worse. The problem is that belt dressing works only for loose v belts. Not serpentine belts. The reason is the spray has a sticky adhesive that sets up causing the belt to drag on the pullies, compounding the problem. I had to have my belt replaced and the pullies cleaned by a shop.
