Brake pads on a 1997 Toyota Celica are changed by removing the wheels, unbolting the calipers, and removing the old pads from the calipers. The caliper piston must be pushed in before the new pads can be installed.

I think there is a rubber gromit on the back of the drum, take it off and use a brake ajuster tool to move the shoes in to let the drum free

There are plastic bulb covers on either side of the license plate. Unscrew the screws and take the covers off. From there you can insert new bulbs.
The proper transmission fluid for an automatic Celica is Toyota Type T-IV transmission fluid. DO NOT use Dexron or Mercon. The manual uses 75W-90 gear oil.
