There are two bolts holding the headlight buckets in, you will need to remove them to get at the bulbs. The lens will come out and you will pull the bulbs out of the lens itself. They are hex head bolts, DO NOT TURN THE TORX SCREWS THEY ARE THE ADJUSTING POINTS FOR AIMING.
Take the light assy off and take the bulbs out the back.

There are many bulbs on a vehicle, need to know which bulbs you want to change.
There
change a headlight on a 1997 plymoth voyager
my peugeot 306 has a twin headlight on drivers side and a single unit on passenger is that normal
I read this also in my owners manual for my '97. But I was able to squeeze my hand in and change the bulb without removing the headlight. I changed both bulbs this way and I do not have small hands. Good luck!
You will probably have to take the complete headlight assembly out or loose to be able to get to the bulbs.
Take the two top screws of the headlight assembly out and then loosen only the bottom center screw on the back of the headlight housing. rotate the right side of the headlight and housing out to expose the light sockets. Twist and remove the sockets foe access to the light bulbs.
