Removing the dashboard is not really a difficult job as long as you do it in a slow methodical way.
First remove the top and bottom cover from the steering column.
Then loosen the screws holding the front cover from the dash.
Remove this cover, this will expose the screws that hold the clocks in place, remove them.
The clocks should now be able to be pulled out from the dash. If not then the speedo cable need to be removed.
Once the clocks are out you will see were the bulbs are on the back and you will be then able to replace the bulbs.
