They don't make things easy to do on a Corvette. You will have to remove the panel under the steering column, remove the duct, loosen the bolts that support the column. If everything is in place then you will three screws across the top of the lens frame, two on the side, and two more screws under the dash[ 7mm nut driver]. You should be able now to reac h up and unclip the speedo cable. Carefully pull the cluster out of the opening in the dash. Place cluster face down on the bench, kitchen counter, dining table, whatever. Note if there are any open sockets[holes where there are no lamps. The best way to check these is to have a 12 volt battery close by to test with. The sockets corrode, so you will want to use small gator clips from the battery to each side of the socket. Sometimes the bulb is burned out, and sometimes you have to move the bulb in and out of the socket to dislodge the corrosion. Once you have checked all the lamps and their sockets together, and they are all back in the holes in the circuit board you should be ready to go in reverse order. You might want to really look at the condition of the circuit board while it's out. PS-If your car is in nice shape place a clean cloth over the steering column before you remove the cluster. This prevents scratching the top of the column.
