If only one door does not lock/unlock you probably just need to change the actuator. It is located inside the door behind the panel. Sometimes it is mounted to the latch assembly.

Open door from outside and then de-activate child proof door lock button on the edge of door. You will then be able to open the slider from the inside.
what is wrong with the door latch? will it not open/latch? what year is the vehicle? all of these are needed to answer your question.

The cabin air filter is located under the passenger side of the dash on a 2006 Grand Caravan. Slide the filter door to the side, and the filter will slide out for replacement.
