There is an access cover immediately in front of the front wheel underneath. It is fastened by four or five star screws to the wheel arch trim and the front bumper. Once you have that off the fog light is straight in front of you. The bulb holder twists 90 degrees to release it. The unit is held in by two clips and the adjuster. Changing a bulb takes about half an hour due to awkward position. If the car was on a lift it would take about ten mins.

Easiest way is to remove the whole tail trim (un screw the handle) then pry the rest out, then unbolt the light cluster, (from memory 2 bolts), disconnect the wiring, change bulb and its the complete reverse putting it all back together.
