Remove calipers & support weight with wire hanger so brake hoses not damaged,Pop off center caps w/screwdriver, Remove cotter pin/castlenut from center, pull off.
The wheel bearing(s) will be inside & there may be a seal on the back as well. You might consider replacing, if not repack them (bearings) with fresh grease with a store bought packer or by hand. If by hand, put some bearing grease on palm & scrape off with bearing while simultaneously turn to fully penetrate races. Put them in new rotors & reinstall. Torque on center nut very low which is why there is a cotter pin. Usually around 10#/double check & don't overdo it.
