Pull the tires off and take the brake calipers off and the rotors will pull off.
The 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass brake rotors will cost approximately $40 per wheel. The rotors can be as cheap as $25 at some discount auto-parts stores.

Depends on if you have 4 wheel disc brakes. If ya do.. its rotors, if not its drums. I would assume, however, since every cutlass I;ve owned has had 4 wheel disc brakes, that yours would too. same as on all disc break pad changes, but you must have special tool to depress caliper. a c clamp will not work. must have tool to put onto 3/8 in. drive socket and turn clockwise and this will depress caliper. replace pads, bleed and this was the most challenging part of the job.

When rotors need to be changed usually the pads have worn down. It is always a good idea to change pads when changing rotors.
I found that a chiltons or Haynes manual will cover all the steps in good detail for your brake job. Shame you're not near pa or I would do them for you.
